What it does: The user envelops the target with their aura producing both a severe terrorizing effect and a sleep inducing effect. this effect targets all the senses but only needs to catch one to gain access to the target. (the aura itself attacks the neurons with flashes of light, subsonic pulses of sound, particles of solid chakra fragments attacked the nasal and taste receptors, and contact between the aura and the body or even the targets chakra. THIS IS NOT A GENJUTSU. IT IS A NINJUTSU THAT ATTACKS THE TARGETS FEAR INDUCING PART OF THE BRAIN. THIS IS SIMILAR TO A POISON CREATED BY THE USERS CHAKRA.)  Those with a health less than this jutsu's power will be Terrified causing paralysis and other effects of fear such as nausea, incontinence, and if their health is less than half the jutsu's power rounded up they passout into a nightmare riddled sleep.  If their health is less than 50, not taking armor into count fore this, they go into a coma only being awoken with a medical jutsu of s rank or higher.

Backstory:

To cast the target into the Genjutsu, is it the aura being projected outwards 25m to envelop them?

The effect targets all the senses, but only needs to catch one. Include how the effect would target these senses. Be more decriptive with it.

(Ie. Shrieking for a sound based attack, using the aura for touch, etc.)

I need more detail on that. Everything else looks good to me.
