Just the transmutation circle required[/spoiler] What it does: Lightning Alchemy pulls heat or static electricity out of the air to create lightning. If using Alchemy Gloves, it can be used in the matter of a snap or point of a finger. The way the lightning is directed varies on what is required, the user can make it strike or they may even make a wave of lightning. | Sorry this is just too vague, and no cost for indefinite use? Can you write some ways that this can be used in and give it a cost and a better duration to cool down ratio? | |

| This was really just the base for lightning alchemy, it's nothing but the mere seal in which it is performed. I'm making alchemy to go with it later, I was just getting the base approved. | |
