Appearance:
Osaka Eye: Members born into the Osaka family gain the white eye of Osaka, this eye represents the same color of that of the byakugan but shares no similar ability. The osaka eye is the eye that uses wind chakra, the eye color change only takes place when active

Ayame: Members born into the Ayame family gain the red eye of Ayame, this eye is bright red in coloration. The Ayame eye is the eye that uses fire chakra, the eye color change only takes place when active

Mizuki:Members born into the Mizuki family gain the blue eye of Mizuki, this eye is bright blue in coloration. The Mizuki eye is the eye that uses water chakra, the eye color change only takes place when active.

Raiken: Members born into the Raiken family gain the yellow eye of Mizuki, this eye is bright yellow in coloration. The Raiken eye is the eye that uses lightning chakra, the eye color only takes place when active

Rokukou: Members born into the Rokukou family gain the the gree eye of Rokukou, this eye is bright green in coloration. The Rokukou eye is the eye that uses earth chakra, the eye color only takes place when active.

Gods Eye: This is eye is formed from a combination of the family eyes depending on what element the user learns. The eye only changes color when the active


History:
The History of the Joutei Clan goes back in the time. The Clan name litterally stood for God Clan. The Clan was supposedly born through several prayers to the different god of the different elemental realms. This was believed that the god was the will and the chakra forming around inside the ninja's body. The Element depicted on the chakra nature of the family, the difference;however, is that the those in the Joutei clan were a bit stronger with the chakra nature than most ninja who have the affiliated element.  

The Clan was formed by the Eight Brothers, known as the Eight Monks of The Leaf Village. It was told that each brother had obtained a taomoe from a mysterious ninja who claimed to have the ability of several elements. Each brother had sealed there Taomoe in their chakra stream which caused a burst of energy in the chakra nature that they currently had. From there the taomoe lived within the bloodline of their children and childrens children and so forth. The Clan thus was born and was split into eight different families. Each Family came with a prayer or incantation that activated the taomoe in their stream. The Wind Prayer or the Osaka Branch had Wind. The Fire Prayer or the Ayame Family had fire, it has been rumored they are of relation to the Uchiha. The Water Prayer or the Mizuki Family had water. The Lightning Prayer or the Raiken Family had lightning. The Earth Prayer or the Rokukou Family controlled earth.

The other four families were unfortunately wiped out which ruled out the Prayer of Static Electricity (Lightning and Earth), Prayer Dry Ice (fire and water), Prayer of Gravity (Lightning and Earth).

It is still possible to obtain the ability of another family to use the forgotten Prayers, though it takes a Joutei Clan member to train 1.5k WC to obtain the ability of a new chakra nature, as well as years to activate prayer. Also the prayers that were obtained cannot use abilities, jutsus, etc above one rank below their current overall rank.




What it does:
Users who obtain the eye can use the specific element to their family eye the god eye allows the use of advanced elements given to the specific clan.




Requirements: First element Free, Activation of eye 500 WC
Second element: Chuunin needed Activation of 2000WC
Third Element: Jounin needed Activation of 3000 WC for Advanced element
Fourth Element: 3000 WC for second Advanced element

Advanced elements require Gods Eye: Activation of Gods eye is 1000 WC

Up the WC if they are not plus what the site has for elements to learn.
