Storm Exhertion: Lagia has the ability to exert various amounts of Storm like chakra for Gunji to consume to regain energy, in return this can applify the skills of a storm release jutsu to the equivalent of one full Rank up in Strength alone. Storm Barrier: lagia has the ability to use a protection like move to surround the user around in what looks like the eye of a tornado, the outside of the barrier is lightning and water filled of which if an opponent tries to touch it gets shocked and harmed. If the enemy has health over The Familiar then the barrier can be broken. The barrier is sealed at the top with a dome like structure while the outside circles like a tornado. This barrier can deflect projectiles and even swords and other blades provided they are a rank Sharper than Lagia at the time.
