What it does:
The user raises a single hand in the air, at minimum 4 chains are produced that ascend into the sky before curling downwards and hooking into the earth, thus making the transparent barrier between the chains. The chains are located at minimum 4 different directions, example being north, south, east, and west allowing the barrier to be formed on all four sides. Using chakra chains, a person can erect a transparent barrier that is strong enough to prevent anyone or thing from neither entering nor leaving the perimeter defined by the chains. The barrier is very durable, as the third hokage even stated that there was nothing anyone could do to interfere once it had been erected. The health of the barrier is the same as the health of the chakra chains used plus one (capped at SS ranking). The barrier although only having chains on the surface actually forms as a sphere, due to the barrier not having a "Cutting" effect it does not slice the ground to form a sphere but instead fills in empty spaces if made, for example if tunneling was attempted they would run into the barrier, space/time jutsu will also not work to escape or enter the barrier because of the sealing chakra of the chains being infused into the barrier. The chakra of this barrier cannot be absorbed from the outside because of the sealing of the chains, and the barrier is unaffected by the effects of justu under S rank that are not trying to brake it. The user cannot move from their spot while using the barrier, but they can craft more chains, or use justu as usual. The user can infuse a seal into the barrier itself, and have the chakra from that seal spread out within the barrier, those who come in contact with this chakra will be marked with the seal infused into the barrier after one post as long as their fuinjutsu/kinjutsu rank is lesser than or equal to the user's. Only one seal can be infused into the barrier per use, and the user must pay the cost for the seal being used.
