Appearance:
This jutsu causes the user to force chakra into forehead of the user, when active the third eye will be reconstructed through the seperation of skin. A third eye will open with a black pupil.
What it does:
This jutsu has two Effects when used the jutsu allows the user to amplify any ninjutsu or medical jutsu used by him or herself by one full Rank in strength. The second effect is the user strength itself increases by 1 rank of the users Strength in his or her stats. The resistance to jutsu amplification is just one rank higher than the additional stats added to the strength of the jutsu. The amplification is done through amplifying strength in ninjutsu or medical jutsu by 1 full rank that is used by the user. The amplification from this jutsu can only be towards the jutsu after it does not include this jutsu itself. This technique requires a C rank amount of chakra for every post after activation that it is active.

Backstory:
Though this jutsu is not entirely medical it reconstructs a third eye on the users head made out of chakra to look life like, this eye has the capability of amplification in strength through exertion of chakra

2. Amplification needs to be very specific. Ex: Amplifies Fuuinjutsu cast upon the user by one rank. | |
