What it does: A secret technique exclusive to the Aburame clan, where thousands of kikaichū are gathered in one place to take on the appearance of the user or anyone else the user wishes. The technique is elaborate enough to be mistaken for the original, and therefore may be used as a decoy or as part of a diversionary tactic. Furthermore, since one can put the insects in standby somewhere beforehand and then have them assume the form of the clone, this technique is arguably even more effective than the Shadow Clone Technique, depending on the task. The clone falls apart into its component bugs when struck. Because it's made of bugs, it can reform almost instantly.

After performing the Ram hand seal, an exact copy of the user is made out of insects. This can also be made to make clones of allies. The clone is made out of the insects and therefore has access to all of the Insects abilities. Insect clones have the stats of the insects and not their host.  Insect clones start with B rank chakra capacity.  Any insect jutsu or abilities that drain chakra points from a target replenish the insect clone's chakra points, but only up to the Insect clones maximum number of chakra points.  The Clone can reform immediately when struck as long as the insects were not killed (for instance destroyed in a fire jutsu) however it requires 1 C rank to do so.  Alternatively the clone can disperse at will to avoid attacks and then reassemble which also costs 1 C rank. Clones disperse and reassemble at their reaction time.

The clone requires 150 insects to create per clone. Clones can NOT perform any jutsu except insect jutsu.
