What it does:

Description:
This is a Sealing skill which was created by Mintaro Uzumaki for defense for Genjutsu. After performing the needed hand seals and applying chakra in a certain spot of the body a small tiny seal will appear on it as if it was a tattoo in ink, and upon being placed within a Genjutsu, the Seal will activate sealing in any chakra disturbance and/or eye contact Genjutsu after activation and disappearing with a faint glimmer of purple glow. Each seal can lock away up to an S-rank amount of foreign chakra. Multiple seals may be applied for multiple uses.

Drawbacks:
- Not an optional activation by the user, it is an automatic activation.
- Foreign chakra can also be things like Healing Chakra, which means the user has to cancel or overload the seal to allow foregin chakra.

To be an all around fighter, you must learn to fight in all around places.

I don't like a passive genjutsu block seal unless it specifies it blocks against a specific trigger for balance sake.

That'd still make this passive, unless you recognize a genjutsu and stop it during it's occurrence it is known as passive rather than active.

I edited for just chakra disturbance(When someone just needs handseals and within range) and eye contact genjutsu.
