What it Does:
This upgrade was previously made by the old members of Kumogakure who came up with technology that allowed the generator to transfer clouds into chakra energy.  This specific upgrade is now used to power the village of Misora or Soragakure. Once these generators were applied to the village itself it allowed the village to take flight into the skies hovering in the air instead of being grounded, these generators are also used for power in the village.  Because the generators convert clouds into chakra the generators are constantly run. The way the generators work is that clouds are taken in through the filters of the system of which causes the ball inside of it to rotate at mass speeds creating energy which completely consumes the cloud turning it into chakra energy causing it to glow green and spark. Because of the copious amounts of chakra energy being generated through each generator it would be deadly to attempt to absorb it for yourself. If you do the math 10 units taking in clouds and converting it into energy to power an entire village and keep flight and if forever running, that would be over the capacity of chakra one X rank ninja could handle killing them in the process.

Hmmmmmmm. A generator that can turn power from clouds to chakra? Is there anyway to have someone tap into it and absorb the chakra for themselves? If so, please state that for me. Also give me a little more detail on how it turns the energy from clouds to chakra.
