What it does:
This is a amazing jutsu so I will describe it to the fullest
One Kamui: Kamui when it spirals to teleport the use spirals right sending the user to the pocket dimension or to another place. While experimenting with Kamui Rikaro how ever began to see that he could manipulate his spiral to turn left instead of right. But instead of teleporting to the pocket dimension with the spiraling he saw that he could travel to different worlds or so to say different universe. Universes being the universe of DBZ One Piece or even our own universe the regular Earth. How ever that was not the the only thing he could do. He figured out that he could travel through time with his Kamui by using the spiral. The spiraling had two points one point going left and the other right. When the two points collide they create a mini wormhole that is the size of the user's body and lasts one post. However their isn't a lot of stuff he could do with just one Kamui. He could only travel back through time 10 years and in the future 10 years. It costs a SS jutsu chakra power to travel through time as well as to different universes with no upkeep cost.
Two Eyes: Rikaro studied the wormhole hole he could create and figured out that with two Kamui he could travel even further back in time. Going back a infinite number of years into the past or future. The two Kamui act as conduits Kaito Kamui spiraling right and Rikaro Kamui spiraling left. But they both must be intangible and on side of each other with a 2 feet space. Once the two Kamui collide it will create a Wormhole that is in the shape of a 50 meter sphere that floats in the air. This part of the jutsu can only be used once and must be used within Kamui dimension. This costs SS chakra to use
Note: While in the past you can interact with people from the past their memories of you going back to their present self needing them to RP as their past selves. You cannot kill anyone in the past if the user tries to kill they will die within 5 posts unless treated with a S or higher Med tech. However the kill accomplishes nothing as they are back in time the user is immune to the creating of paradoxes. While in the future the user is in there own future as in the ninja world no one truly knows what will happen in the future.
Note: The different universes Kaito or Rikaro can travel to is infinite. They could travel to the Universe of One Piece the Universe of DC or even a universe where they do not obtain Kamui the universes are infinite.

Backstory:
This jutsu Wormhole was discovered by Rikaro as he was able to bend the rules of time and space going back in time 10 years max with the use of his Kamui technique. He also discovered that their was a infinite number of parallel universe and other universe. Some where the ninja world did not even exist. But he could not get to those universes unless he had access to two Kamui. Kaito his son had the very technique. He and Kaito together would create a wormhole a Sphere that allowed then to travel anywhere in time and space.
