The man named Psychosis was who he was to find. The man from.his father's short description had blue hair and was tall. He frowned a little why were his father's descriptions of people were so plain. Again though their were not that many people in Konoha with blue hair. Most had black or brown hair so he could surely find the man Psychosis in the village of he was still there.
