What it does: By activating his Rinnegan Rikaro has access to use Demonic Sealing and Unsealing Chains. This technique is used to pierce the enemy to kill or Seal and Unseal Bijuu


Unsealing Bijuu: By manipulating the 50 meter long chains that come out of the palm if the left hand of Rikaro he is able to completely unseal a Bijuu depending on the situation.  5 chains will erupt from the palm of Rikaro left hand as he is prepared to unseal the bijuu. The power/sharpness of the tip of the chains are the users Mental Sharpness

The process for sealing a Bijuu is that if the Jinchuuriki has not mastered V1 V2 or Full Beast of the Bijuu Rikaro would only need one of the chains to unseal the Bijuu within the Jinchuuriki. If the Jinchuuriki has mastered V1 to unseal Rikaro would need to use 2 chains to unseal the Bijuu. If the Jinchuuriki has mastered V2 Rikaro would need to use 3 chains. If the Jinchuuriki has completely masters their Bijuu Rikaro would need to use all 5 chains to unseal the Bijuu.

To Unseal the Bijuu that the Jinchuuriki has not mastered V1 V2 or Full Beast it would only take 1 post to Unseal the Bijuu. If the Jinchuuriki has learned V1 it will take 3 posts. If the user has mastered V2 it will take 5 and Full Beast 10.

The chakra cost for this part of the jutsu is for 1 Chain it costs D rank per post to maintain. For 2 chains it is C rank per post. For 3 chains it is B rank per post. For 4 chains it is A rank per post. And for 5 chains it is S rank per post.


Sealing Bijuu: This process is a bit complicated.


The process for sealing a Bijuu is once the Bijuu has been released into the environment Rikaro must use all 5 chains to grab hold into the Bijuu locking on the life force of the Bijuu. To lock on the life force is 3 posts. Once the 3 posts are done Rikaro can start to manipulate the chains to anyone to seal the Bijuu within even himself. If the Bijuu is sealed into anyone with a Bijuu they will be able to access all skills and forms of the Bijuu.

Note: This jutsu can only be used once per topic

Note: Whoever is Bijuu is unsealed will die within 5 posts counting other people posts unless they are helped with a S rank Medical jutsu. The user can also use this in any form of Susano'o

Backstory:

Keep a standard speed not your chakra +50
Should have to hit them with one chain for V1, two for V2 and 3 for full beast. Four for sealing and four should be the maximum you can produce.
Them boosting your main stats is a no, being unable to seal the ones you steal and due to your wording keep them in there forever is a no.
You can gain the chakra, jutsus, and element but a chakra cost must there for the posts this is used.
Needs a cooldown.
Health needs to be flat for the chains, same with sharpness. No insta-killing, but you can impose a unless a S rank med jutsu is used within a certain large number of posts they die.
Give chakra costs to everything not just unsealing and state this cannot be bought with QP.

It's nice to add things, but you have to remove your contradicting text about them, do that and add things into their correct places and I'll come back to this.

Remove the soul sealing, drop the range to 50 meters at least
