What it does: Although the name implies this jutsu only affects the hand, the user may extend the range of the jutsu to his entire body, as well as any item he is touching.

Upon activation, the affected area becomes everything, in that it affects all things, even immaterial things. This is because Kuro spreads the affected area's existence throughout all dimensions, in all states. As such, he could pick up fire, punch fire, punch someone in another dimension, or any number of things. This would allow him to physically interact with things that are normally immune to physical interference, such as fire, lightning, or even gravity. To further avoid people phasing, Kuro adds in copious amounts of Yin chakra to allow the affected area to affect even spiritual things. This includes chakra itself.

In this state, Kuro can affect everything that exists. On the downside, anything that exists can affect Kuro, in this state, at least physically. This means that, while he could punch someone in another dimension, they could punch back as well. This also happens with spiritual things, which would normally merely affect the spirit. In this state, spiritual manipulation could very well affect his body, providing it can overtake his Health stat. In such a scenario, it because a Jutsu Power vs Health battle. The higher stat wins, obviously. If they are equal, neither are negatively affected. With jutsu that ARENT manipulation, it becomes a Jutsu Power vs Strength battle, same rules apply.
