Kikato Rinku, The Kazekage!

Kikato Rinku, from a long line of Leaders and strongest of warriors for the Land of Wind, but something made Kikato more special then any of the previous, he had the bloodline of the Ootosuki clan, thanks to his mother, and because of a old man back when he was born, something had recently awoken within him, another voice with its own power, and thanks to this voice, Kikato's fear of being alone was countered, this voice gave him company, and by this point he had several convernsations with it, knew by this point, this was a beast and it offered power, Kikato had walked into the office of the kazekage, two Kazekage had been before him, he was born during the first, and they were both Rinku's, he had a lot to live up to, Kikato had lost most of his family recently due to illness's and old age, not many was left in this world, and he was the head of the clan, he looked around the office, and began to speak to the beast in his head "Do you really think I am ready for this?" and the would respond in turn "You are the most powerful in the village, if any wish to challenge they may try, but I will have your back" Kikato smiled and nodded then he would take a seat on the chair of his ancestors, and he looked out the window, out there was a desert, sand, thinking about it, what the beast told him he could do with it, the ideas, he would be unstoppable in a Sand Castle building contest, he chuckled at the thought, then he would take the hat off the table and put it on his head, standing and crossing his arms behind his back he looked out at the vast expanse, he would take a deep breath and let it out, time to get to work, but he will do it in a few days, to allow people to know they are not leaderless, and that he was willing to work with them, the beast in his head talking to him "To obtain my power will take time, its not like it will happen suddenly" Kikato had been now holding a conversation with him for some time, and he would just listen to how the beast described the sand flowing like water, still like earth, fierce as fire, and yet light on the wind, it just intrigued him so much and as Kikato was meditating, a cloak of chakra began to form around him, the tail behind him swishing back and forth, the ears on his head that formed twitch and the red cloak around him bubbled with his power, and then slowly sand would began to snake around his body, and Kikato would hear the beast tell him "Open your eyes and see what your power allows you to do" and as he did, he would see it all, he was in awe of it, and he smiled, then as he lost the concentration it would all fall away from him, and he would ask the beast what happened and the beast would explain it to him, and he would nod, he had not mastered the power, but it was slowly becoming open to him to use, and he was happy to use this power, he walked out of the building as long as he was not stopped by someone entering trying to challenge his claim, hopefully any challenges made would be more civil and not violent
