What it does:
This is the intensely powerful sealing technique that has put the Uzumaki on the map. Using this jutsu the chakra of powerful creatures can be sealed into other people or even sealed away from the person on which the seal is placed.
This Jutsu allows a Bijuu to be sealed into a person assuming the user is able too subdue a Bijuu long enough to seal it. The user is capable of sealing the Bijuu in themselves.
However sealing 2 Bijuu in the same person is impossible. if the target is a Jinchuriki already the jutsu simply fails.
Should this be placed on a person with a Bijuu it seals away the persons access to the Bijuu. Even from hearing it's voice. This can be broken with a Jutsu that unseals fuinjutsu with a power greater than or equal to the power of this jutsu.
