What it does: Chakra Mastery is only attained when a shinobi has perfected chakra control. With the skill, they are able to sense chakra in a 10KM radius. The user can also detect one chakra nature from any ninja within the radius. To add to the skill, the user can also mask their own chakra signatures to levels where they may seem completely untraceable. (Having this skill would grant one the ability to pick up a signature; and the user may not attack when "invisible") 2000 words with a shinobi to memorize their chakra signature.
