Ring 1 Round 1: Kirito v Hikari (NK)

Arcanis would have both enter the Ring and make sure they were set.  "Fight smart fight fair fight clean...BEGIN!"

[I will comment and officiate but don't feel the need to wait for me to post.
Reminder:  This shall be How the tournament will be set up.  We have 4 rings.  I will pair you guys off and you guys will fight.  HOWEVER.  This tournament has ZERO tolerance for Killing.  There are medics standing by to ensure that no one suffers any kind of permanent injury.  That being said this tournament is point based.

Knock out or ring out get's you 10 points.  
landing a solid blow is 1 point knocking down an opponent gets you 2.
the usage of any jutsu or weapon is strictly prohibited however taijutsu techniques, bloodlines and of course your bijuu cloaks are allowed.]

Kirito stepped into the ring, waiting to face off with his friend Hikari, the 7 tail's Jinchuuriki. Arcanis had spoken to him before the match and asked that he didn't use his full beast form as none of the other Jin have fully synced with their Bijuu. He was proud he had managed to befriend and sync with Isobu. He was ready to test his abilities against another Jin, something he hadn't been able to do yet. The anticipation made him crack a smile as he waited.

Walking into the ring with a calm and confident look on her face Hikari wore a poker face as she stared at her jinchuriki friend and mentally frowned. Of all th bijuu she knew him to be proficient at using his tailed beast. Shaking her head at her worriful thoughts she faced towards her fellow kage, although he probably didn't know that.

"Come at me bro."

Hikari's opening statement had amused Kirito enough for him to let out a short laugh. It seemed she was ready for this fight to begin. Kirito didn't want to keep her waiting. He charged her at a mere 40 speed, attempting to get in close for his first attack. His eyes were peeled and his reflexes were sharp. If Hikari tried anything he would be ready.

The initiative goes to Kirito how will Hikari respond? - commentator

As Kirito charged forward Hikari would be at the edge of the ring, making it impossible for Kirito to get behind her without suffering a ring out the tenseigan would flare to life as she activated her incredible amount of boosters, Tenseigan Cloak full V2 cloak and three tomoe sharingan would rocket her stats up to an appropriate amount for showiness.

"Let me show you how I've improved Kirito."

kicking off at a speed of 414 a crater would be made from her takeoff point from the force put in as she would deliver a punishing uppercut at 412 strength would send him flying into to air if it were to hit.

"Shoryuken!"

Hikari seemed to go overboard right off the bat as usual. She suddenly surrounded herself in a purplish cloak and activated 3 tomoe sharingan, which Kirito wondered how she had in the first place, as Kirito charged at her. The second she activated those, Kirito would simultaneously activate his own V2 cloak and EMS eyes, increasing the speed of his charge instantly from 40 to 171. When he was 2 meters from Hikari, she would say "Let me show you how I've improved Kirito." and dash forward with such speed and power she created a crater behind her. Due to the power of his EMS eyes, Kirito saw what Hikari was going to do before she did it. This gave him enough time to react. Just as she said his name mere seconds before charging, Kirito would simultaneously side step to the right, ducking down and rotated 360 degrees to the right bringing his right leg around in a reverse low kick. If done correctly and not anticipated by Hikari, Kirito would have used both his momentum and hers to trip her with that reverse low kick.

Here's the thing about high reaction time. No matter how high of a speed stat, everyone seems like they just felt like crawling instead of running. In an incredible slow motion speed she would watch Kirito attempt to get behind her when she charged her wings would flare to life as her full speed got into gear, at an incredible 414 she would rocket up into the sky about 20m before suddenly dropping downward towards Kirito's position with her left foot aimed for a 412 strength 414 speed kick which would smash him right into the stadium with tremendous force. If the attack hit devilish grin would form on her face as she would speak.

"Is that all? I'm just getting started!"

As Kirito performed his reverse spinning low kick, Hikari apparently misread what was typed in the rp by the person controlling Kirito and thought Kirito was trying to get behind her. Hikari decided to spread her wings and flew straight up at an immense speed. Kirito realized she would be coming down for an attack and as if to prove he was right she came dashing down at the same immense speed she took off with aiming a kick straight at him. He would perform a back handspring just barley avoiding the kick. Just as Hikari impacted the ground Kirito aimed a round kick with his left foot at Hikari's head aiming to hit her out of the ring which was extremely likely as the edge of the ring was 1 inch next to her.

A combo of high speed attacks ladies and gentleman. no body has landed a blow but it looks like both contenders are looking to an automatic win with a ring out. Keep it fun you two this is supposed to be a friendly competition AM I RGHIT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN? a cheer rose up among the non exsistant crowd.

Now here is the great thing about Hikari. Her reaction time is off the charts, so when Kirito did his little backflip she saw it coming for miles. She also saw the opportunity that he had just gave her at the moment that she sure as hell was going to take advantage of. At a speed of 414 her arms would shoot forward and grab the leg in and incredibly strong grip likely breaking his leg from the 412 strength she would swing the boy straight right out of the ring which he had just manipulated to be incredibly close to her just a post ago. Looking at Kirito she would give him a thumbs up and begin to walk over to him, the match being over allowing for her to help her fallen comrade.

"GG bruh."

Kirito knew he didnt stand a chance. Whatever technique she was using made her too damn fast without him using any jutsu. He would admit defeat but he wasn't going to allow her the satisfaction of hitting him. Just as her chakra arms would be 1 inch away from him he would disappear in a blinding flash to reappear in his starting position where he had left his FTG mark using his foot. "I admit defeat. You are too strong to fight with that strange cloak you have without using any of my own jutsu. Congratulations Hikari." he would say in general but mostly to Hikari as he turned and walked straight out of the ring.

Giving a shrug at Kirito walking off she would yell off into the distance at him telling him to meet her later, she would smile at the end result of the match. In the end it seemed that the match had gone well, the fight not even lasting that long. Yelling out into the area around her she would hopefully get our favorite MC's attention.

"Hey Arc! What now?"

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WHO ARE WATCHING THIS MATCH. (nobody) LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE A WINNER. BY CONCEEDED DEFEAT THE FIRST ROUND GOES TO HIKARI.
