Arcanis continues his experimentation

Arc was finding that his eyes in the back of his head were becoming more aggitated with his hair. He decided it was time to shave his head...and so he did. cutting off all the hair on the top of his head he fixed that problem. Now for the next one. He still needed to awaken the Ootsutsuki blood inside him. he figured he needed more blood. He would try once again to activate the blood line by infusing more blood into the system. This time he would transmute the pint of his own blood into a pint of the ootsutsuki blood and withdrawing another pint of his own blood he would transfuse the copied blood into his body.

Unlocking the bloodline Arcanis would then heal himself with the mystical palm technique and claim the third BL he has mastered. HE would now be able to fully utilize the Byakugan and begin learning the techniques that are useful to byakugan users and I'm tired so creativity fell asleep.
