Appearance: A black, swirling sphere of energy in the user's hand, then a thin dark laser.


What it does: At first, this is just a ball of chakra, formed and maintained with no effort. However, should a jutsu be used within the jutsu's radius, the ball absorbs it at a speed of 200. Jutsu that would negate other jutsu, or have effects on other jutsu, do not function on Kuroyanagi as they are being absorbed. As more and more jutsu are absorbed, the user finds it increasingly difficult to maintain the jutsu. However, the jutsu also gains power accordingly.

For each one of the following absorbed, the jutsu gains a CP per post cost and a power/speed boost.

C: 40
B: 60
A: 80
S: 100
SS: 200

At any point, the user may release this as a cutting and piercing laser, 1 millimeter wide with range of the jutsu and power/speed as stated before.

Advanced elemental jutsu: the user only gains 1/2 the normal cp cost and power/speed buff from absorbing these, due to their processing difficulty.

Stat-increasing jutsu and bijuu cloaks: The jutsu are treated normally, activating whatever cool down is necessary. The cloaks are treated as S rank jutsu for the first stage, and SS rank jutsu for the second stage.

Genjutsu: These, being mental jutsu, give only 1/2 the bonus and CP cost.

Elemental Manipulation: Each post that the user absorbs one of these counts as absorbing a single jutsu from that rank.

Notes: for each basic element absorbed beyond the first, the jutsu gains +20 power and speed. The user CANNOT absorb his own jutsu.

Absorbtion
Kuroyanagi's immovable
Kuroyanagi's not fluid
Only one Kuroyanagi at a time

1. You need a maximum number of jutsu it can absorb.

2. chakra cloaks are not jutsu. This technique says it absorbs jutsu. Plus cloaks and chakra constructs should not be absorbed unless specifically absorbing chakra.

3. I don't know what you mean by "gains a CP per post cost"

4. It needs a resist stat, ie "jutsu with less power than this technique are absorbed" or something of the sort.
