| Name: Hydrokinesis
Appearance: Jace manipulates water, ice or steam with his mind giving no physical signs he is doing anything.
What it does: Through a series of events, Jace has discovered that his powers as a mage and his natural affinity to the water element on this plane has granted him the ability hydrokinesis. This ability allows Jace to passively manipulate water, ice or steam with his mind at a speed of his chakra stat capped at A rank. Manipulation occurs only within 2 meters of himself and he can only manipulate enough water, ice or steam that would fit inside a gallon jug. This does allow him to manipulate any water, ice or steam related jutsu that has a power lower than his chakra stat once it is within the area of effect. To this day Jace still isn't sure if this ability spawned from his affinity to the water element or if it is an advanced technique spawning from his psychokinesis.

Bonus Requirements: Must be Jace Beleren. Must know Telepathy and Psychokinesis. Must have water element.
