this symbol is sealed on the back of the neck at the base of the brain.
What it does: This allows the users thoughts to be protected. Should someone try to read the users mind the reading will be faulty or even dangerous.
Surface thoughts: Simply reading the users surface thoughts is possible however the person reading his thoughts will find that what he is thinking about is playing pai sho.
Deeper thoughts: Using any ability to read further into the users mind will prove hazardous. on the first post or try the person would simply be unsuccessful. should they continue to try they will find it painful and their nose would bleed. should after this happen they continue to try they will fall unconscious for the remainder of the topic locked in a nightmare from which they can't be aroused till after the topic. their is no resist there is no overpowering the seal. however should the seal be removed with seal removal jutsu then this jutsu is removed.
