What it does: This skill is derived from Jace's proficiency at getting into people's minds and knowing anything they have ever thought or experienced up until that point, giving him vast amounts of knowledge quickly that would normally take days, months or even years to gather. Knowledge is Power grants Jace to learn any jutsu someone knows themselves for half the wc as if they were training them but ONLY after he has used Thought Delve or a similar jutsu that allows him to gain all knowledge a target has.
This skill gives no stat boosts, does not improve or decrease anything at all. The only thing this skill does is allow Jace to learn any jutsu someone knows for half the wc if he has used Thought Delve or a similar technique on them.
