the portal reveals what is on the otherside like a door would...however there is no ring around the edge like the picture
What it does: Arcanis has reached the pinnacle of his spacial powers. by linking one point in space with another point (both of which he has to be able to see) he can create a worm hole. the hole itself has no width. tink portal the game but doesn't have to be on a surface. This jutsu can not be used to injure of kill anything directly. it merely connects the space.between two points. the uses for this would be something like reflecting attacks, fast transportation and allowing people to enter his dimension, one can be put against the ground and another up somewhere to block attacks or doorways. amoung other things.
Arc can move and rotate Jiso at will at his speed. This can't be opened inside people. Arc can open and close Jiso at the speed of the jutsu speed. a max of 2 connected pairs of Jiso can exist at a time but they cost little to open once the initial jutsu is cast.
There is also a 3d implementation of this. Arc can expand a bubble of spatial dislocation at the speed of the jutsu to have two locations exist in the same location. this will not allow things to exist in the same space as something else instead would move things to their own space. this bubble has a 25 m radius. It lasts 4 posts and costs a seprate 100 cp. it goes on cool down for the rest of the topic.
