Backstory: The Bingo Books (手配書, Bingo-Bukku) are black books used by ninja that contain any and all information on black-listed ninja they are to target. There are multiple versions of the Bingo Books, the most common being those based from the Hidden Villages.

What it does: The Bingo Book is a small black book owned by all ANBU and Kage village ninja. Each village's Bingo Book lists all known information on their country's A rank and below missing-nin as well as all known information on every known S rank missing-nin from each area. The information listed in the Bingo Book includes the most recent pictures as well as all known aliases, physical descriptions, any jutsu, skills or bloodlines the missing-nin have used in battle. If they have techniques or abilities they haven't used in battle or have used in battle but killed all village ninja in the thread with them when they used it, it will not be listed. Other information listed will include known affiliations such as organizations, other missing-nin or villages and any other information listed in the picture above.
Usage Note: Each Bingo Book only has information on A rank and below missing-nin of the country that the owner of the book belongs to. It does however have information on every known(Must have deserted a village or have interacted with a village ninja if started as a wanderer or MN) S rank and above missing-nin. All Bingo Books are updated automatically.
THIS CANNOT BE PURCHASED. IT IS AUTOMATICALLY IN YOUR ITEMS IF YOU ARE KAGE OR FORMER KAGE AND ALL ANBU MUST RECEIVE ONE FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE KAGE.
