What it does: Garden of Eden is a dimension Kirito had discovered was connected to his Rinnegan eyes somehow. This is not only a pocket dimension but is also separated in time from the normal plane. This means it has its own time stream. Garden of Eden is completely undetectable without both of Kirito's Rinnegan eyes. It cannot be found, sensed, discovered, entered or exited through any means at all other than using both of Kirito's Rinnegan eyes. The reason for this is not only is the dimension a pocket dimension with it's own time stream, but it is not tethered to one location. Every second in the original universe the Garden of Eden will randomly relocate to a new position making trying to find it completely impossible. The Garden of Eden is a complete utopia. Everyone and everything inside this dimension can not die, age or perform any type of violent action. While inside Garden of Eden you do not need to drink, eat or sleep and will never feel tired, hungry or thirsty. Being a utopia, it will instantly produce anything someone inside the dimension desires. Anything created inside of the dimension can not leave the dimension with no exceptions. The user teleports in and out of the dimension instantly, giving no signs they are about to teleport. Once this technique is learned, the user can teleport to and from at any time, even without their Rinnegan activated. The user may transport anyone in contact with them into the Garden of Eden by themselves or along with the user for no extra CP cost. When returning from the Garden of Eden, no matter how long you were there, 5 years will have passed. As long as the user of this technique is in physical contact with someone or something they will be transported to Garden of Eden against their will if the user wishes to transport them. This can not be used in battle.

Backstory:

I really enjoy the cost, but the instantaneous nature combine with the complete inaccessibility(which btw due to wording would make this plane far from a utopia but an unstable nightmare in which nobody would be able to think due to the shifting planes much akin to being sucked through a wormhole time and space itself would distort for this eventually causing a collapse) this is a little too OP. It's really well done, but as it is it's just too OP. There's a buncha ways we can take this, but not all of them at once yaknow?

I really just want this dimension to be undectable and unable to enter or exit without the use of my eyes. Let me know what I have to do to make that happen.

One post of no movement before using it? Say it is a pocket reality(those are anomalies and won't show up like regular planes as it were) and you can keep the own time stream and whatnot in that regard. That way you can have some place to go and relax but you can't just do it to avoid getting tagged by an attack.

What if I keep it as is but say it can't be used in battle? Would that be acceptable
