What it does:
After creating a thick layer of storm clouds , the user weaves the necessary hand seals to produce multiple powerful lightning bolts that attack their opponent. These lightning bolts are powerful enough to vaporize anything they come into contact with.

This technique has also been shown using preexisting storm clouds to create lightning bolts rather than using chakra to produce storm clouds. Each Bolt is B rank speed as well as strength. A total of 9 bolts can be used per use of this jutsu.
