| Name: Lightning Release: Chidori Katana Rank: A Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Duration/Cooldown: 3 posts/4 posts Range: Self, bladed weapon Appearance:  What it does: This jutsu allows the user to channel their Chidori into a bladed weapon, showing their improvement with the technique. This technique channels lightning through the user's blade, making it's sharpness equal to the user's chakra stat allowing the blade to slice through most things without issue. If the user stabs an enemy with this technique, the enemy becomes paralyzed for 2 posts if their health is less than B rank. This technique does not require any hand seals to activate. Wordcount to learn: 3,000 Bonus Requirements: Lightning element. Must know Chidori (add if it is meant for a specific character here) Backstory:
