What it does:
the term that denotes the unique skills and traits of each person. It refers to the "fear" of the unknown, an emotional reaction produced when a given person begins to represent themselves as "monsters". the general concept of "fear" revolves around being feared and respected by humans and making them feel small and weak. It involves exerting a wall of pressure to make one's presence feel larger than the actuality. Like the skill Display of Power, this allows the user to unleash a aura of fear around them, but unlike the latter this allows the user to utilize their fear and use it as a weapon. If used was an intimidation factor, it shall follow the rules of Display of Power, though if being used as a weapon separate jutus must be registered.
