What it does: The user uses a giant roll of cloth to tightly wrap up the intended opponent, completely immobilising them, thus preventing them from moving or using any techniques.
This is a suedo noncombat jutsu as it must be used after a ninja has been subdued. be it knocked out or incapacitated or restrained. It takes 2 posts to seal the target and once done the target is immobilized they are essentially incapable of anymore actions in the topic. additionally if a
Contract Seal is used on the bundle the body of the immoblized target won't even be able to be summoned. This jutsu gains a boost to it's power due to it being a non combat sort of jutsu.
