What it does: On the first post, the user makes a slash with his sword, which he infuses with chakra, causing a hemispherical shockwave to expand outward from the user at A-rank speed and power to a range of 5 meters. Although this may seem like simply a weak attack, it is actually the key that initiates the jutsu. As he does this, the jutsu creates a small point in the sky of chakra that glows golden with chakra.
On the second post, the spot of light creates an enormous pillar of golden chakra of about 20 meters wide centered around the user. The user is immune to the effects of this pillar, but the downward-rushing chakra within has a power and speed of SS. The golden light is partially translucent, allowing the user within to see out of it.
On the third post, the pillar of chakra ends, causing another shockwave to rush outward at S-rank speed and power from the edges of where the pillar had formerly been. This means that anything now within a 20 meter radius of the user is kept safe.
On the fourth and fifth posts, the golden chakra, now dispersed, disturbs the air, causing a massive storm system, the eye of which is, once again, 20 meters around the user. These winds are merely S-rank in speed and power, and the extent of the storm is pretty small, about 50 meters around the spot where the pillar used to be (so total of 70 meters from the user).
