What it does:
This jutsu allows the user to form chakra into the palm of their hands which forms into two triangles on each palm.  The triangles on the palm each have a different use, the Top triangle is used to absorb the chakra nature of the jutsu and the bottom triangle is used to release the chakra nature of the jutsu. This is formed because the two triangles act like a tube of which sucks in the chakra through the top and releases out from the bottom.  The maximum strength of chakra that can be absorbed and released is SS rank and the distance of the chakra release is dependent on range of the jutsu first thrown at them.  The chakra capacity to suck in and use the chakra is the rank of the jutsu used against them plus one full rank. The only thing is the user can only absorb chakra one rank lower than their medical jutsu knowledge rank

Note:This does not dissipate the jutsu used against them it just absorbs the chakra nature and reverts it back, the jutsu will still have full effect so the user will have to dodge the jutsu still.  If the Chakra nature reverts back and is lightning it will not have a stun effect like most lightning jutsu do.  The resistance for the chakra being released is again dependent on the resistance of the jutsu first being used against the user minus one full rank.

Backstory:
This technique is said to be formed after the loss of the Dark release clan, though this seems to mimic the same look as the Dark Release style it in fact does not have a permanent effect and only lasts for so long.  This jutsu was made by a dark medical ninja who sought to figure out how to make a makeshift version of Dark Release.

Add in that the user can only absorb chakra one rank below their medical rank and I will like this a lot better. Other than that, it's pretty good but have someone else one over it.
