What it does: This jutsu allows the user to control a single target in a topic afterwards without being noticed. Essentially they use their nen to manipulate a string into the target's brain, from there they coat it in Nen and erase all presence of their spiritual energy or chakra. This causes the string to not be noticed unless someone literally splits the brain open and finds it, which would kill the target. The user can manipulate their target for one whole topic after the topic they implant the string in. This can be at any time but the cool down will not go into effect until after they do so meaning that only one string can be in a target at any time.

To do this jutsu the user must have a firm grasp on the back of the target's skull for two whole posts for this jutsu to work, thus making it impossible to do in the middle of combat unless having already defeated a foe.

While the control is active a Nen doll will drop from a string from each of the user's fingertips allowing him to control him nigh endlessly and note all sensations that happen to the target. The user may not directly or indirectly kill his target or harm them in a serious way. (Arguing that an order to jump a wall would be harming will be thrown out for example)
