How it is used:
This element nature acts much like smoke would where it coats the area in a thick like fog formed from Ice and Fire coming into contact. Generally users of the Dry release often are skilled at stealth tactics. This chakra release is specifically for only creating a heavy like fog substance. All jutsu for this must be created in jutsu registration.
Appearance:
A cyan colored fog
Requirements: Must have Fire, Water, Wind chakra nature/Learn via scroll or a user of Dry Release. | |
