What it does: The Jinchuriki and the Kyuubi are capable of sensing negative emotions and what those emotions are linked to, in anyone passively up to 100 meters away. In Full beast mode or Gold Cloak this is increased to the entire country, in Gold Cloak and Sage Mode it is capable of sensing negative emotions in the entire dimension.
Wordcount: Free to Kyuubi and it's jinchuriki
Chakra Cost:
Bonus Requirements: be kyuubi or it's jinchurii and defeat your dark self in the waterfall of truth on bijuu island. Your dark self will be NPCd by staff
