Beginner~

I have been totally confused for like the past week or so; trying to figure out where I should start. I am still fairly new  to everything. I have read the rules, but that has yet helped me to be more involved with this forum. I've told not to comment on certain topics; how can I get involved if I don't know what I'm able to comment on. I want to post more, but I don't know where to begin to do so; such as posting my char's full bio, sparring, etc. I will great appreciate it if I knew all of these things
