  What it does: The user uses sand to create a number of needles that act as lightning rods, nullifying all lightning jutsu within its area of effect. The number of needles the user is allowed to create depends on the amount of sand available to them. The number of needles made also determines the range of the area of effect. The user must have at least 1 meter of sand available to be manipulated for this technique whether it be sand they carry with them or natural sand in the surrounding area. The minimum number of needles they can create is 10. For every 1 meter of sand they have available they make another 10 needles, ie 3 meters of sand can make 30 needles. The number of needles created is the maximum range of the area of effect lightning jutsu may be nullified within, ie 30 needles equals 30m range. The maximum number of needles the user may create is 50 with the maximum range being 50m. The number of needles created also directly effects the amount of lightning jutsu they can nullify. For every 1 needle created the jutsu will nullify or absorb E power from lightning jutsu. The technique ends when the needles are destroyed or the maximum amount of power the needles can absorb has been reached(X power for 50 needles). The needles form and are dispersed at B speed and have a health of E.
