Looks like wraps that cover the body from head to toe leaving eye slits for eyes, on the wraps are ruins that glow bright blue when active.

Chakra Reduce: This ability allows the user to reduce the chakra capacity needed for the enhancement by two full ranks making it C Rank Chakra capacity each use instead of S. This can not stack with other reducers
