Character Creation

Rules
-D-Rank or Genin. You cannot start any higher unless approved by an Admin.
-If you have a character with a clan, said clan must be approved in its entirety before the character can be made and approved.
-)Your character must be approved before you can roleplay, or register any form of jutsu or item that does not have to do with your bloodline or clan.

Creating a Character
To create a character, you must properly fill out the template provided below. Atop the template, you will be required to provide a roleplay sample of your character at the current time. This is to make sure that you know how to roleplay in accordance to our rules and regulations.
You must provide a 500 word sample of one of the scenario's listed below.
If you would like to start as a Jinchuuriki, you must start as D-Rank or Genin and provide a 750 word sample of one of the scenario's listed below. If you choose to be a Jinchuuriki and the bijuu is free it will be granted to you on the condition that you are active with a monthly activity check. You may not just post in the activity check to keep your bijuu. You MUST also be actively RPing.
Note: Should this be an alt, or a replacement character, the word count to start as the rank can be waved since we know you can rp due to already having a character.
It is required to have a link to your character statistics in your signature to allow easy access to your info.
RP Sample
You must preform one of the samples provided below, remember your character is fresh starting off as its rank in this sample, meaning you do not have weapons or jutsu aside from the free academy jutsu genin start with. The sample will not only be judged on quantity, but also upon quality, keep that in mind. Do not include any other characters in your roleplay, for example do not include the Clan Leader whom is roleplayed by a real person, and thus cannot be controlled.
-Infiltration:
Word has it that a bandit camp is planning a raid on your settlement, your job is to sneak in to the camp and learn of their plan so defenses can be prepared. Report to those in charge afterwards.
-Stealing:
There is a caravan of goods passing through the area, take what you can anyway you can without getting caught.

Stats
[center](D)Physical:
(D)-Strength- Power of physical attacks, how much they can lift and how much they can understandably carry.
(E)-Locomotive Speed- Used to determine how fast someone can attack, run or throw.
(D)-Reaction Speed- Used to determine how they react to attacks, movement of limbs in a stationary position and such.
(E)-Health- Used to determine how many hits one can take.
(E)Mental:
(E)-Thought Speed- Used to determine the speed of the user's thought, this is like reaction but for planning.
(E)-Jutsu Knowledge- Used to determine how many highest rank jutsu you can use(Rank above you)
(E)-Willpower- Used to resist mental attacks/effects
(E)-Mental Sharpness- Used to determine power of mental attacks/effects
(D)Chakra:
(D)-Chakra Capacity- Used to determine how many jutsus user can cast
(D)-Sealing and Spacial/Time- Used to determine how fast jutsus of this kind are activated/speed/power.
