What it does: This barrier is designed to prevent anyone from leaving its confines. Once within a certain range of the person the user erects the barrier underfoot rendering anyone within the seals incapable of escaping.

In order to escape one needs chakra stat of 20 points higher than the power of the barrier. It can be cancelled by the user at any time or undone by an unsealing method. The user can escape their own barrier.
