Igraine The Water Dragon

Race: Dragon

Appearance:
 A twenty foot long dragon with blue rubbery skin. She doesn't appear to have any scales like a normal dragon. In fact she doesn't seem like a dragon at all. No wings or claws, or limbs at all. She's snakelike. But has a row of silky white hair covering the top half of her body, which ends in a fen. Her head comes to a snout. Which has a fen on each side, and a pair of sharp fangs. 


Special Abilities: 
Healing Mist: Igraine Can produce a shimmering silver mist from her body. This Mist has incredible healing properties closing up wounds as quickly as they appear. But only Dragons and Dragon slayers are effected by the healing effects of this mist. If a Dragon slayer is inside the mist whilst taking damage that damage is reduced by two ranks points as his wounds are healing as quickly as they are being dealt. Outside of battle the mist simply heals up any Medium to minor wounds. Cuts, gashes, bruises, etc.
B Activation C Cost per turn. 10m range.

Water Goddess: A passive ability that allows Igraine to have access to any Water Jutsu her Dragon Slayer knows. All Water Jutsu used by her are produced from her mouth, and require no hand signs. 

Oasis: Being a living element herself Igraine can be used as the source for any water Jutsu. Being infused by her special Chakra any water jutsu formed this way gains a rank in power and Speed.

Chakra sponge: If an opponent is within the same body of water as Igraine she can siphon the opponents chakra into her own body. Draining rank of Chakra Capacity each turn, and adding it to her own pool for the remainder of the topic. B cost each turn used.

Shimmer: To avoid danger, and increase her mobility Igraine is able to transform into water and  transfer her essence into any Water Jutsu in effect within 50M. Allowing her to travel in and appear out of the Jutsu at Her locomotive Speed. C Cost to dissipate and C to reappear. 2 post cool down.

Upon further looking this over, the mist ability needs a range, raise the CP cost of Shimmer to 35 with a cooldown of 2 posts and specify that the quick swimmer ability only happens while in water or while raining. Sorry for the inconvenience
