What it does:The user using their 360 degree vision visualizes a trigram seal on the ground. They are then capable of attacking their opponent with the highest of accuracy. Capable of landing blows accurately even on a moving target.
This increases the users speed by +1 rank for the duration of the technique.
Each strike has the same effect as "Palm Bottom". If this would reduce the opponents chakra capacity to 0, they are knocked unconscious and must be given immediate medical attention or else they bleed out internally. (must do a hospital thread before any other thread.)
Other effects can be applied for each strike but they must be e rank taijutsu moves that are specifically slotted for Gentle Palm attacks.
