 What it does: The user creates a ball of pure chakra which floats into the air. At a speed of 80 in the jutsu's range numerous balls will form (80 to be exact), representing all future timelines of said ball. By accelerating said timelines, the balls can be made to rush at an opponent within the jutsu's range with a speed and power of 80.

Backstory: Hikari had been messing around with time when she suddenly realized the potential of an objects possible timelines. After a bit of tampering with said principles, she was able to cause multiple timelines of an object temporarily manifest in a small window of time
